Spring Writing Workshop with Russell Rowland

June 1st, 2018 - August 17th, 2018

with Russell Rowland

Group started
Writing Workshop for people with a work in-progress. This group focuses primarily on getting feedback from others on something you're working on. There are no exercises, no lectures. You will have the opportunity to submit three 7500 word pieces for critique from your peers.

The group will be capped at 5 writers plus Russell to keep the workload manageable.

Notes

Who this workshop is for: This workshop is best suited to an individual who has completed or made significant progress on their rough draft. Workshopping large sections enables our instructors to give the story-level feedback needed for writers to submit their best work. Russell is glad to work with authors writing in many genres, but he is not the best reader for fantasy or romance pieces (science fiction is fine).

Focus:

Group size: 8 writers

Submissions: There will be three 7,500-word submissions, for a total of 22,500 words.

Fee

Members: $350; Non-members: $390
