Picture Book Critiques, with Natalie Lakosil

April 1st, 2020 - April 29th, 2020

with Brooke McIntyre

Group started

Preparing your picture book manuscript for submission? Get your manuscript critiqued by literary agent Natalie Lakosil, Literary Agent at Bradford Literary. You'll also meet other serious kidlit writers, sharpen your eye by giving feedback and receive the benefits of workshopping in a group - like meeting other writers, learning by exchanging feedback, and learning from an agent's notes to you and your peers.

Participants will submit their manuscripts at the group kickoff date. Then, each writer will take the next few weeks to give (and receive) peer feedback. Natalie will post her feedback towards the end of that time. After critiques are complete, writers will participate in a group debrief call where each writer gets individual time with Natalie to address key feedback themes and discuss both manuscript and writing questions.

If the group is full, you may email support@inkedvoices.com to be placed on the waitlist. Inked Voices members are prioritized on the waitlist as a member benefit.

Inked Voices & Natalie Lakosil are pleased to offer a place in the workshop, free of cost, to a diverse writer. Apply by 3/11: https://inkedvoices.typeform.com/to/rhrJCq
