What we're looking for in members

Positivity and commitment (you can be reviewing anywhere from 10,000-20,000 words every two-three weeks (depending on the chosen submission schedule). This can be a lot of work, so we need committed members who have the time to give thoughtful and insightful critiques even despite the amount of work.

Inactivity Policy

Missing more than one deadline without informing the group will result in a "check-in" (me making sure everything is okay with you, seeing if you're still interested in the group). If another is missed after the check-in (with still no response or no explanation as to the missed deadline), there will be a warning. After that, any additional missed deadlines with no communication will likely result in termination from the group. That said, I'm willing to work with the group members to make sure everything is working for them, so this is not a hard limit.
