This group is for dedicated novelists working in a suspense driven genre such as mysteries or thrillers. Other genres will be considered on a case by case basis if they contain those elements as part of the story. Timely, insightful critiques are the bedrock of any writing group and members will be expected to actively participate in the group experience. Periodic teleconference calls will take place to allow the group to discuss current projects and bounce ideas off of each other.

Admissions Policies

Those interested in joining the group will be asked to submit a 2,000 word sample of their work so that we can determine if it would be a good fit.

What we're looking for in members

Compelling stories and thoughtful, engaged critiques.

Inactivity Policy

Members are expected to stay engaged and active. A need for a temporary hiatus happens from time to time, but extended periods of inactivity will be addressed on a case by case basis.
